Descriptif du poste

Supports the sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with the organisational strategy, goals, policies and processes.



Key responsibilities



• Builds a good understanding of target customers and their business.
• Maximises the impact of transactional sales through effective probing and lead qualification.
• Provides a personalised service and builds relationships with customers.
• Tracks competitor information and market trends and suggests required action.
• Formulates and manages service contracts with customers.
• Communicates service or rate changes, notable trends, policies and other relevant information to assigned accounts.
• Assists with processing price quotes and rate negotiations.
• Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
• Is typically responsible for supporting a small/medium size impact client base in any size cluster.
• Respect & apply processes in place as minimum standard.




 
Profil du candidat
Niveau d'expérience : Junior (de 1 à 5 ans d'expérience)

Niveau d'étude : Master II /Ingénieur- Bac+5

• Excellent level in Excel - able to use advanced formulas, pivot tables
• Excellent analytical skills
